UGDC and its Shareholders (UGDC or Company) provide this Web site and other related links that interfaces and functionality on or via this Site to you, subject to your agreement to comply with the following terms of use (the General Terms and Conditions ). | 8) Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution |

This Agreement shall be governed by laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt (without giving effect to its principles of conflict of laws). Any dispute, action, suit or proceeding arising out of or in any way connected with this Agreement, you and UGDC designate Arbitration to settle any dispute and to be held in Cairo, Egypt, in accordance with the Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration. |
