The successful collaboration between the Egyptian Petroleum Sector and international Oil & Gas companies, coupled with the prevailing stability in Egypt, led to the signing of a Shareholders Agreement in October 2001. This agreement facilitated the establishment of the United Gas Derivatives Company (UGDC) as an Egyptian joint stock company among the founding members.

NGL Plant At Port Said
Engineered to enhance the value of feedstock gases by utilizing the latest established technologies and applications, with a focus on optimizing the recovery of natural gas liquids (NGLs).UGDC aims to capture a substantial portion of the LPG domestic market while laying the groundwork for future NGL expansion in Egypt.
Damietta Terminal
Comprehends import / export of Propane & import of LPG (for EGPC) via gas carriers at Damietta Port terminal in Northern Egypt. It features a refrigerated storage tank with a capacity of 30,000 cubic meters.
