Founded to manage a natural gas liquids (NGL) facility located in Port Said, as well as an import/export terminal in Damietta. We are recognized as one of the leading producers of NGL in Egypt, supplying:
- Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and condensate to the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC).
- Propane as feedstock for the petrochemical industry.

The successful collaboration between the Egyptian Petroleum Sector and international Oil & Gas companies, coupled with the prevailing stability in Egypt, led to the signing of a Shareholders Agreement in October 2001. This agreement facilitated the establishment of the United Gas Derivatives Company (UGDC) as an Egyptian joint stock company among the founding members.
