At UGDC, safety is a shared responsibility. Our success relies heavily on our network of qualified contractor partners. We are committed to fostering a collaborative safety culture that prioritizes the well-being of everyone on our worksite.

Building a Strong Safety Culture Together:

  • Contractor safety management procedure: Our seven-phase program, aligned with IOGP, ensures HSE is embedded in all contracts from planning to closeout.
  • Shared Safety Standards: UGDC and our contractor partners are held to the highest standards for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance.
  • Quarterly Safety Campaigns: We actively encourage and facilitate quarterly safety campaigns for our contractors, promoting continuous safety awareness.
  • Annual Contractor Safety Forum: This annual event increase collaboration by bringing UGDC and contractor management rep and key personnel together to share best practices and strengthen our collective safety focus.

4-SAFE DRIVING
