Awards

UGDC’s safety commitment and performance have been recognized not only locally but also internationally by the GPA Midstream Association since 2006. These awards acknowledge companies’ significant contributions to the midstream industry’s advancement and development.

Company Safety Award

This recognition is given to member midstream companies for outstanding safety performance in comparison to similar companies. There are four award divisions based on midstream operational work hours. The top two entries in each division are selected based on specific safety criteria.

Perfect Record Award

This award recognizes member midstream industry companies with outstanding safety performance. It is presented to those with “no lost time accidents” from January 1 through December 31.

Chairman’s Award for Safety Improvement

This recognition is given to member midstream industry companies that demonstrate continuous improvement by reducing their number of record-able incidents by 25% or more compared to the average of the previous three years. To be eligible, companies must also not have had any re-portable incidents during the last three years
